Vanderbilt Playground Opens Tomorrow, Sat. 10/2

Self-explanatory, I suppose, though in case you're wondering: the Vanderbilt Street playground is on the southwest side of Prospect Park, about a 15 minute walk from Parkside/Ocean. Should be well worth the trip.

Checked it out this morning and its awesome!! There's something fun for babies and big kids (and the adults will have fun too ) :)

The playground was excellent and super busy. Beware of the flying buckeyes though. There is a big tree right by the front gate and some of the older kids were collecting them for missiles. Those are some solid nuts and they can really hurt.
