Way to sell a house -- if the tenant won't let potential buyers in to look at it, presumably he/she won't be too keen on moving out after the purchase either. Where is the owner in all this? Love the price (depending on the condition of the property) but without seeing the inside you're buying a pig in a poke, with a major potential liability in the uncooperative tenant.
