150 Hawthorne Street? Anyone?

A reader looking to buy in PLG writes:

I'm wondering if you or your readers have knowledge about Rokowsky Management (150 Hawthorne).  Curious to know about people's experiences with them and with the building in general. 

For whatever it's worth, I looked up the address at the NYC Housing Preservation & Development (HPD) website and the building has a clean record. Only 1 open violation—for illegally fastened eye bolts at a door chain in one apartment. 

If any of you out there have thoughts on this particular place, please leave them in the comments.

I've been living at 150 Hawthorne for the past 5 1/2 years and its a nice building. Well kept...the super is very nice and helpful. I've never had any problems with mgt. either. I honestly can't complain. Hope this helps.

Hi, I've been renting here for 3 years. What is written above is right on: Nice, well-maintained building with a very nice, helpful and discreet super, keeps the building very clean. Also, as far as I can ascertain, selling prices are very good--especially compared to other parts of Brooklyn.
