Wine shop coming to Fenimore?
This rumor has been circulating for some time now but new evidence suggests it may actually happen: a wine shop is preparing to open at 65 Fenimore, just off of Flatbush. Bob Marvin pointed out the liquor license application. And a friend on Fenimore had the following conversation with one of the workers:
"So this is going to be a wine store?"
"Yes."
"A wine store like Liquor Town or a place that actually specializes in wines."
"An actual wine place."
"Thank you."
The place is currently gated up and unremarkable. We'll let you know when we find out more. Or, if you have any info, please leave it in the comments.
Great news but I believe it is: "Liquor's Town." Note the possessive apostrophe.

Upon closer inspection there is no apostrophe - I live opposite the plural "Liquors Town." My apologies for being a grammar jerk.
