Better than the article in the NY Observer a few months ago and the photographs are good. Also the right media to attract families with young children, something very good for the neighborhood.
The Karl Fischer building mentioned isn't actually in PLG, is it? Where is it? Prospect Hts, Crown Hts, Caton Park?

Yes it is Jessica,bet. Nostrand and Nedw York. It's a fairly decent building, as new construction goes. I didn't realize THAT was the Karl Fischer building.
